Greetings, O helpful responders!
Outlook is apparently using Windows Address Book as my
default e-mail address book. I would like to use the
entries in my contacts folder as my e-mail address book.
I exported my Contacts folder info as a CSV text file. I
tried to import the data into WAB but the import/export
functions were grayed out.
I'm sure I am a clueless dweeb for even asking such a
question but nevertheless i cast myself on your mercy.

Outlook cannot use the WAB as a data source. What makes you think it is?
You need to post your Outlook version and mail support mode before anyone
can even begin to help.
