I have my Outlook 2003 configured so that my Contacts are
viewed by Categories.  How can I get the list of
Categories to stay collapsed.  I want to open my Contacts
and see a list of Categories with "+" by them.  By
default it seems that the Categories are expanded?

Thanks for the help.

Right-click on the column headers and click Customize Current View, then the
Group By button.  At the bottom right of the dialog box will be a dropdown
box where you can choose to always show the groups collapsed when you click
on the folder.
