Hi helpful responders, i am using Outlook 2000. When i look at the
contacts from folder view, i can only see a handful of the addresses i
have entered, but when i view it from the Tools->Address Book->Contact
i can see all of it.

I have verified that i am looking at the correct contact under the
address book, and filter has not be activated.

So what have i left out?

Any help will be appreciated.

We'd need to know the following:
1. Mail support mode (line 2 of Help | About, if you don't know).
2. How many Contacts Folders you gave in your profile
3. How you configured the Outlook Address Book.
4. How you enter Contacts. Please tell me you don't try to enter them into
the Address Book.
