When using the Word 2002 mail merge from Outlook 2002 I can
get the name, company name and address to show up in the
body of the letter, but can't get company to show up on the
envelope. why?

Also, how can I turn off having the United States of
America from the envelop, again coming direct from Outlook
2002?

Thanks
Jim

To learn about ways to control how an Address is inserted into Word from
Outlook, take a look here:

Thanks Russ!

Now I can't get the suffix (Jr.) to show up from Outlook
2002 to Word 2002.  When I look into the match fields the
middle name and suffix are not available.  Is there another
way?

Thanks again
Jim
