I would like to synchronize my personal Outlook Address
Book with an Address Book in a Public Folder on our
corporate Outlook server.  Is there a way and/or product
that will allow me to do that?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync for possible solutions.
