I have just installed MS Professional 2003 with Business Contact Mgr and am setting up contacts and business contacts
I continually receive message "Array Index Out of Bounds" and "The form required to view this message can't be displayed.  Contact Administrator

Both message occur when I try to go from "Contacts" to "Business Contacts" to enter a new contact.

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
