Adding members of a Catagory to a Distribution list.

I have a catagory of people I'd like to send a 'group'
email to, so I've created a distribution list. I'd like
to include everyone in a paticular catagory. IS there any
easy way to do this besides adding each person
seperately? Can't you just add a whole catagory of people
to the distrubution list?

You don't need a DL for that. Just set your folder view to By Category
and collapse the category you want. Select the Category header and
click on Actions, New Message to Contact. A new email opens addressed
to everyone in that category.

That has the advantage of being dynamic, if you add or remove contacts
from that category the latest set of contacts is always used.
