MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / July 2003Names not resolving [2]
I posted a question yesterday. Anyway I did manage to find one artical that said search for file named *.nk2, to clear the cache in case there were bad entries. We are running XP PRO XP Office [OL 2002] I have searched for this file on 3 of my workstations, it of course doesn't exsist. In the XP pro XP Office enviroment where or what is this file now called or how do I clear the cache to eliminate the possibility of bad name entries causing my problems?
