Help With Address Book in OUTLOOK 2003 Pro

I have just upgraded to OUTLOOK 2003 Pro and when I view my CONTACTS
in the address book it shows them firstname first, but I would like to
see them lastname first. How do I set it up to do that? Can't find
the info.

Tools->Email Accounts->Directories->View or Change. Set your sort order by
the options at the bottom.
