Contacts not being synced when using Contact Manager

I have:
- Office 2003
- Business Contact Manager
- ActiveSync connecting to Pocket PC

When I have contacts in the 'Contacts' folder they sync to
my Pocket PC but when I have contacts in the 'Business
Contact Manager' contacts folder they are not synchronized.

Meaning: if I move my business contacts to the Business
Contact Manger my Pocket PC will loose those business
contacts - defeating the whole reason for having Business
Contact Manager.  Maybe this is an overlook in Outlook -
sorry for the pun...  :-)

Is there anyone else out there with this problem?  Is
there a solution?

Thanks,
Steve K

I have heard of people using Pocket Contact Synchronizer, a free tool from
Microsoft, to copy contacts automatically from the BCM Business Contacts
folder to your main Contacts folder. The main Contacts folder can be
synchronized with any PDA sync tool.

Or, investigat4e third-party sync tools that can handle more than one
contacts folder.
