Our company uses electronic letterhead instead of preprinted and I would like my letters written through the "New Letter to Contact" letter wizard to print out using this letterhead.  Is there a way to make this MSWord letterhead file an option under page design on the letter format step or anywhere else?

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/startletter.htm for ways to make this
