How do I get a printout of detailed address cards sorted by Company. View | Current View | Detailed Address Cards gives me detailed address cards but View | Current View | By Company changes it to a table format. I tried View | Current View | Customize Current View click on Sort ... set the sort fields ... but that had no effect. I am using Outlook 2000. Thanks. Go the Contacts folder. Make sure you have Advanced toolbars on. Click on the Group by Box while you have the Phone List view showing. Drag the column Header "Company" into the group by box. Then print it.
