I just upgraded to outlook 2002 and there are no address
books listed.  I have plenty of information in the
contacts, but I'd like to have their email addresses
available in an address book.  Can you help?

Have you installed and configured the Outlook Address Book Service?

Great! I did install the Outlook Address Book Service,
but now I get a message that MAPI_E_CALL FAILED.  Also,
earlier I tried contacting an LDAP server, and can't get
rid of the server name, even though I "removed" the
address book frm the list.

I DID get the address book up!! Thanks so much.  On
another matter is there a way to disable or remove asn
email account from the "receive" list without removing
the entire email account?
