I accidentally imported all of someone else's Personal
File Folder(.pst) and I need to "unimport" the files that
were imported from their Personal File folder(.pst). This
is for Outlook 2002 by the way. There's just too much
stuff to manually delete one by one. Thanks,

Try sorting each folder by the Created date. That should segregate the information that was most recently added.
