Add Contact from a Hyperlink

I have a web site what contains members contact info and I want to open the
end users contact add form from outlook via a hyperlink and populate the
fields in the form with the data i have. now i know how to open a email form
with a hyperlink but not a contact form? any help?

The standard approach is to use the Internet vCard standard, either saving
the contact info as individual files or generating vCard items on the fly as
the site visitors request them.
