Mailing address and e-mail desdired in printed telephone book

I would like to print telephone books (Phone Directory & Small booklet styles) which would include mailing addresses and e-mail addresses. Currently I am only getting name and telephone number.

Use a mail merge to print what you want so you can select and arrange
exactly what fields you print.

Outlook prints what's in the current view. If you want to see email
addresses, you need to add those fields to the view.
