mail merge how to separate postal address

Hi,

When I try to mail merge contacts in to word
(Outlook 2000 to Win 98 Word), the postal address
is all on one line.

I can export the data to excel and then reimport using
mapping fields to Word to avoid this, but is there an
easier way?
