BCM is garbage. Buggy garbage. This is not a rant. I'm
just calling the shots like I've experienced them. Three
times BCM's Contact Manager has crashed in my Office 2003
Microsoft Outlook environment. I've input data three
times and three times it's crashed. It has been an
enourmous waste of my time and money. And three times
Microsoft tech support has provided me with the same fix -
- which does not work. Period. They give me three options
for fix e.g. "maybe it's, A, maybe it's B, maybe it's
C...try all of'em and see which one it is. None of their
fixes work. Whoever wrote the code for this garbage must
have been asleep or done it as malicious joke to upset
customers and waste time. I've uninstalled and won't use
it. Nope. Nope. GoldMine Contact Manager is FAR superior.

I have not had installation problems.  But I can tell you
that BCM is not nearly as customizable as advertised.  You
cannot design your own contact form or template period.
