I have one user sofar who's contacts are crashing Outlook 2003 and restarting the application.
We are running Exchange 5.5 on a NT4 Server. Everytime she wants to create a new message and selects a contact in her contacts list (not the GAL, she can access that just fine), Outlook will crash. The error reporting box will come up with "Restart Outlook" selected. I send the error message, but get no feed back.
Even if I right click on the contact folder and go to properties, it will crash immediately and do the error reporting thing.
I look in the event viewer and only see "Application Hung" errors and the event ID's show nothing significant.
I searched Google and found nothing that seems close to my problem.
I have tried making different Contact folders and get the same results.
She can go into the Contacts folder and right click on a contact and "Make New message to Contact"
Anyone know of a way to fix this?
