Hello,

Yesterday a coworker was having trouble with her email,
it was infected with MyDoom.C and when we scanned it,
Norton removed the files that contained her contacts and
inbox, essentially her entire email program was gone and
had to be reinstalled. She has lost all her contact
information and needs it. Her OS is Win98 and she is
running Outlook 2000, I tried to do restore to her
windows registry but apparently it had not backed up
since 1/2/02, someone had disable that function at start-
up. Does anyone have any ideas about where to recoved her
lost data?

Thanks!
.

All Outlook data resides in a *.pst file. Search your hard drive for any you
can find and open each in Outlook to see if any contain her data.
