How do u find the answers to other peoples questions in this forum

Most of us are supporting or have supported MS Outlook. This has allowed us to network with the proper
resources to answer most of these questions. This experience along with reasonable expertise in
searching the knowledge base is a big advantage.

Users also have access to knowledge base information at support.microsoft.com.
