Importing address book from old Hdd

My old Hdd is bad. I cant load windows from it. I
purchased a new one. I can however read it by using as the
F drive. My question is. I have many addresses in the old
Hdd for outlook. I have tried to import the old address
book but cant. even on a search i cant find the file
extention or where outlook stores its address book. If i
type in one of my contants that I know is in the old Hdd
it cant find it. Where does Microsoft hide the address
book in my old Hdd in outlook? I cant find them to export
them. can anyone help me? You can email me if you like at

The file you need to your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored. It may be a hidden file on some OS.
