I have a lot of information in Contacts, all marked with categories.  This is fine for setting up views, but is there any way I can browse within a category to address an email?  I often want to send a mail to some, but not all, of family, or part of a team - but if I select contacts from the address bar all I see are my hundreds of contacts in alphabetical order.  I am using Outlook 2000/Windows 2000/Exchang

If you use categories, select the BY CATEGORY view.
Highlight the category then select the ACTIONS menu.
Select NEW MESSAGE TO CONTACT.

This will address a new message to everyone in the
category that you selected.

This isn't quite what I meant - what I meant is that it is very difficult to send a mail to SOME names within a category - you can (just about) do it by highlighting the names you want in the By Category view then using NEW MESSAGE TO CONTACT action but this isn't really very helpful with a large category - what I would really like is to be able to see my categories from the address bar, but as I can't I am looking for a workaraound
