How do I set Outlook 2002 so that the names in
the "Select Names" box will be listed last name first
when I'm trying to find names to address my emails?

I have the same problem in 2003.  I treid some info from a
prior post:

>Outlook 2002/2003:
>Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing
directories or
>address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your
sort order there

This did not work.  I even reloaded the folder with new
contacts.
