I am unable to import addresses from MS Access or MS
Excel into Outlook. I followed the procedure to convert
excel and access documents to a comma separated text but
I could not access this text to acquire the addresses.
Only names and phone numbers are imported into Outlook.
Is there some way to import the addresses also?

Are you manually mapping the fields or letting Outlook auto-map? If it's the
latter then the problem is likely that you're field names don't match so
simply manually map the field to appropriate Outlook field. If it's the
former - is the address field group you are looking at, the one that you are
importing your info to? (i.e. Business, Mailing, Home, Other....)

Try creating a few contacts in Outlook and then export them to either Excel
or Access and then view how the fields are setup. Then, massage your
contacts in Excel/Access to match and import into Outlook.
