Hi,
Is there any way to link OExpress to an Exchange 2000 global address
list? We normally use Outlook on our client PC's, but I am trying to
move away from Office2000 for licencing reasons.
I can configure OExpress just fine for all emails and it works just as
well as Outlook, except for the Global Address List.
Anyone have any ideas?
Many thanks
Steve G:)

You should be able to access the GAL as an LDAP address book. See
http://www.slipstick.com/exs/portagal.htm for other solutions.
You know, don't you, that your Exchange CAL includes the use of Outlook? You
don't need a separate Outlook license.

Hi Sue,
Thanks very much for your reply.
I didn't know that I could legally use Outlook on a client PC as part
of the CAL.
Very interesting - thanks again
