Managing Contacts Folder - Help!

Hi, does anyone have suggestions for managing contacts
folders for different devices?

Currently, I maintain three Contact folders, one
comprehensive Contact folders for my network and one each
for my PDA and mobile phone.  The reason for doing this
is that there is only so much storage space on the mobile
devices and this is the only way I can think of to enable
to sync my mobile devices without downloading the entire
contact information.

Is there an efficient way to link these Contact folders
so that when I update information on one, the others are
automatically updated?  Or a better way to manage the
different Contact folders?

Thanks.

Outlook does not come with any specific type of contact management feature for mobile devices and
such. Your current set up is all you can do at the moment. If you are looking for other solutions, I would
suggest that you go to www.slipstick.com to see if there are some third party software solutions that
may be beneficial.
