What can be done if a user tries to create a new contact and receive the error message of  "The form required to view this message cannot be displayed.  Contact your administrator." He is using outlook 2003

Try renaming or deleting the frmcache.dat file when Outlook is closed.  If
you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you may need to search in hidden and system
folders to find the frmcache.dat file.
