I think its something Microsoft should look at in future
installments of Outlook. It's a tedious job when there's
more than 400 emails to sift through.

You can send feature requests to mswish@microsoft.com and
outwish@microsoft.com. I find it easier just to avoid distribution lists in
most cases.
