Hi,
I am using Office XP and I have a question. If the
contact list is showing correctly, how do I get Outlook
to check my contacts list before any other global
listing? This used to be easy in 2000.
Thanks,
Joyce

Your problem sounds similar to mine (just posted 1 minute
ago).  If you haven't already tried this, go to M/S
Knowledge Base Article 287563 titled "Contact Information
Does Not Appear in Address Book".  Although the
instructions did not resolve my problem, the article
might help you to correct your issue.

If it doesn't address your problem, I hope someone else
can help us both.  In my issue, Outlook finds old contact
email addresses using a resource other than Outlook
contacts.

Gary
