Displaying actual email address

I am unable to find the preferences as to how to change how my printed address books look.  When I print now, the email address is displayed as the contact's name.  I want the email address to display as the actual email address when I am printing a report or printing an address book.  Can you help me.

Use a mail merge to a directory to create your printout and make sure you
select "Email" as one of the merge fields.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and directories. For an overview of these
