Due to a worm, one of our Outlook 2000 profiles is not
accessible. Where in the Windows 98 file system can I
find that list of contacts for copying to a disk for
backup?

All Outlook data is stored in a file with a .PST extension. Look here for
all the information you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:
