importing from outlook express to outlook

I have been using outlook express and am considering
switching to outlook. I have various folders and groups
in my address book. When I export/import the address
book, will these folders and groups stay there, or will I
have to re-make them in Outlook?

Only the Contacts in your default Contacts Folder in OE will survive an
import. Groups will not. Subfolders will not.

Is it possible to import Groups/Distribution Lists from
OE to Outlook 2002?

No. OE does not support DL's and Outlook does not support address book
groups.
