I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002
(now running under XP).  When I enter names for new
messages that I compose, Outlook finds addresses
(obsolete email addresses) that are no longer listed in
my contact list.  I can't figure how/where Outlook is
finding these addresses nor can I determine how to force
Outlook to use the "current" addresses in the Contacts
folder.

Any suggestions /solutions are greatly appreciated.

{P.S.: I've marked my contact folder for use with my
address book.  The contact folder should be the only
source of addresses for Outlook.  I've checked other
Outlook folders to insure that they are not listed for
use in the address book.}
