Address field inserts blank lines

I am using Office 2003 on Win XP Pro.

I have 9 addresses among my Contacts that require 4 lines. When I do a mail
merge to print labels, 5 of these addresses look nice. The other 4 insert a
blank line between lines 3 and 4. What can be done about this?

You are asking a Word question. Search the KB for "Suppress Blank Lines" or
visit Word's mail merge newsgroup.
