I recently began using a hosted ISP for Microsoft Exchange. I am currently using Outlook 2002 on XP Professional and have set up a public folders company wide contacts database. When I (we) add contacts, I would like to set every user up to either default to this folder or have it automatically synchronize with the default contacts folder. Any help would be appreciated. Please email me any answer. Thanks! andy.whatley@q2broadcasting.com
This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
