In a distribution list that i created, the only other field apart from Name, is email. if i want to see phone numbers at a glance, i cannot view them thru the distribution list. I would then have to go to each individual contact to see more info. Is there a way to add a column to the dl window such that we can see columns other than name and email. Thank you. No. Why would you ever need a phone number in a DL? DL's have one job: to send email messages to groups of recipients. There is no purpose in having a phone number in a DL.
