This is similar to other questions but I didn't get my
answer.  I have a new computer and want to transfer my
contact list from Outlook onto my new computer.  I have
the computers networked but can't figure out how to do
transfer.

All Outlook data is stored in the same file. The file you need is your
Personal Folders file (*.pst). It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts
etc are stored. Just reuse the same PST file.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup:

Wendy,

Use the export option on the old computer. Select the
output to a file in the first scree. Then select the .pst
option in the second screen.  Give the file a name or
leave the default.  Then import the .pst file using the
new PC's outlook.  I had the same issue and it worked for
me.

Good luck
