I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. When I open a
contact, the format of the form is in a side-by-side
format at opposed to the over-and-under format of
previous versions. Over the years, I've "formatted"
notes that I've entered to match the layout of the prior
format, and now find the narrower notes field a problem.
When I tried using Tools>Forms>Design This Form (hoping
to be able to change the default format back to the
earlier design), the form appeared in the older format in
the design window!
I'm stuck. Anybody have any ideas? Are there other
formats available to choose from?
Thanks in advance.
You can customize the contact form to use whatever format you like. If you
customize the first page, however, you lose the new built-in picture
control and a few other features. See
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/contactform.htm and, to make your custom form
the default, http://www.slipstick.com/dev/newdefaultform.htm
