Is there a way in Outlook for me to send a distribution
list I have created to other employees, and have them
import it into their contacts?  Can you do it with
individual contacts as well?
All I have been able to find is how to move the entire
address book, and I really just want to send individual
contacts and distribution lists to other users.  I tried
exporting the DL as a .rtf file, but couldn't figure out
how to import it on the other users computer.  Any help
would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Mike

If the other uses also use Outlook, just insert the DL as an Outlook Item in
a message in RTF format. The recipient only needs to open it and save it to
get it into their Contacts Folder.
