MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / February 2004"Unknown" gets added during Palm Sync
I sometimes store company phone numbers without a contact. When I sync to a Handspring it adds "Unknown" as a contact name, so I wind up with a hundred "unknowns" in my Handspring. How can I get it not to add a default contact? This is a question for the manufacturers of your synchronization software.
