I can set a follow-up flag and "DueBy" date in the
contact view a Contact record of Business Contacts.

How can I view the "DueBy" in the view where I see all of
my contacts. I can't seem to find the correct field for
the "DueBy" date. The flag shows up, but no date.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

BCM doesn't support flags on contacts. You can set it, but it's not saved
with the contact record.

Sue,

Thank you for your reponse, but I can see the "Follow Up
Flag" comments, but not the date. In the "Business
Contacts" view(showing all of my contacts), I selected
the "Follow-up Flag" field, and it shows up. I would
assume that the date would also be stored with the
comments?

Thanks,
Mike

As I said, BCM doesn't support it. Remember that BCM is storing all the
contact data in a database, so it follows its own rules.
