Whe I create a message, and click on the To: button to
address my email, I get a 30 second delay with the "Can't
Contact LDAP Directory server (81)" error message pop up.
When I click OK, there is another 30 second delay and the
same "Can't Contact LDAP Directory server (81)" error
message pops up. After hitting OK again, I have access to
my contacts and can address and send my email.
This started after upgrading my system from Outlook 2000
to Outlook 2002.
Please help.
Andre

You must have upgraded in place from IMO mode. That never works.
Remove the LDAP Service.
Use the Outlook Address Book Service instead.
