The "Display Name" in my Outlook 2003 Address Book
and "Display As" entry in my Contact folders all display
only the email address of each contact.  I know I can go
into the individual contact forms in the Contact folders
and manually change each one to display the first and last
name of the contacts and that these will then be
automatically transferred to my address book "Display
Name" entries.

Question:  How do I setup up the Contact folder so that
the "Display As" entry in all my contacts is AUTOMATICALLY
formatted to display FIRST LAST NAME only or FIRST LAST
NAME [email address)? Again, it currently it displays
EMAIL ADDRESS only.

Thank you for your help.

No such option that I am aware of.
