I use Microsoft outlook 2002 for my Contacts, Calendar,
Tasks and Notes.  I can easily synchronioze these items
between my Desktop and my HP Ipaq PDa and my phone, but I
can not find how to do this with my Laptop.

Both systems are on a network and i can copy files across
the two, currently I use the Export feature in my desktop
and the import feature in my notebook to accomplish this
task.

Is there an easier way this can be done automatically as
it is done between my desktop and my Ipaq PDA?

Your help is appreciated.
