I'm currently running OXP in the office in an Exchange network. Recently I've switched pc and the contact subfolder is still visible when I logon to Outlook. But when I click on "To..." or the address book at the top right, the list will not show the personal address book. I have to go into the subfolder to copy the address and then back to the message to paste it. Any idea what's the issue and how to go about having it listed again?

First, are you really using a PAB? Why?
Second, are you sure you have the correct entries here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
