I have contacts in several subfolders. According to the
help file:
"There are two ways to search. To quickly search for items
in the current folder and its subfolders, click the Tools
menu, and then click Find. To search for items in multiple
folders, or to search for items by more than one criteria,
click the Tools menu, and then click Advanced Find."
The find function fails to find any of the contacts in the
subfolders.
By the way, I have checked the "Show this folder as an
email address book" checkbox for all of the subfolders as
well as the contacts folder.
Thanks in advance,
John Smith.

Find searches in the current folder only. If you need to search multiple folders, you need to use Advanced Find and specify which folders to search.
