Customizing New Contact Window

Is there any way to customize the fields that pop up in
the New Contact window in Outlook?  If so, how?

If you have Outlook 2000 or 2002, you can make a registry change to substitute your a custom Outlook form for the default form. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . THese pages tell you more about customizing forms:
