Hi I need to export Contacts that are all Categorized by Company Name. As Per my understandings, I will lose those categories once I export and import contacts to another computer. I need to keep it categorized. Please Help...Thank Brijesh If all you're looking for is grouping the contacts by company name in the folder view, you can do that by doing Customize Current View and changing the Group By options.
