Invisible Address Book

My apologies for the duplicate posting - it seemed that the original thread
fell out of scope...<g>

We're dealing with a similar problem - except that although the Contacts
folder is present and works fine, the Outlook Address Book doesn't show up
in the directories list (so we can't delete it), and any attempt to add it
yields the error "This account or directory type already exists and cannot
be specified twice." Has anybody else run into this? Any solutions, tips, or
pointers appreciated!

I haven't seen that error. A new Outlook mail profile should resolve it.
